Keisei Skyliner Ticket - Fastest Narita Airport Transfer to Tokyo

You are required to redeem your e-ticket for a physical ticket and reserve your seat at either the ticket vending machine or a designated counter. Passengers with an e-ticket only will be denied access to Keisei Skyliner

This ticket cannot be exchanged online in advance. Please redeem it at the on-site ticket counter or ticket vending machine, and collect the physical ticket for your selected date and train service before boarding.

During peak seasons and Japanese holidays, there may be long queues for on-site ticket redemption, and tickets for nearby departures may not be available. Guests are advised to allow 30–60 minutes for the redemption process to avoid a tight schedule. If the travel date has been confirmed, it is also recommended to complete the ticket redemption in advance at the station.

No refunds after redemption, except when the train is out of service

If the Skyliner service is suspended during your journey, please bring the physical ticket and proof of purchase directly to the Keisei counter to process a refund

Not valid for use on Keisei Morningliner, Eveningliner, or Cityliner

If the Skyliner ticket vending machine encounters an error and you are unable to redeem your ticket, please proceed immediately to the Skyliner service counter for assistance.
