Discover the Esteros del Iberá, one of the most important wetlands in the world, where wildlife and nature thrive in complete freedom. The experience takes place at Estancia Iberá, part of the Rewilding Argentina project, with a focus on conservation, biodiversity, and unique landscapes.
Day 1 — Free day, arrival, and introduction to Iberá
Transport is not included. Arrival at the ranch and check-in. Free day to settle in, explore the surroundings, and start learning about the destination and the ecosystem restoration work driven by the Rewilding project.
Dinner included.
Day 2 — Motorboat ride + Wildlife sighting
Speedboat ride: Cruise through the streams of the Iberá Lagoon to observe capybaras, yacarés, marsh deer, and water birds, discovering the different environments of the wetland.
Wildlife watching: Observe the biodiversity from the water, on horseback, or walking along the trails, enjoying the wildlife that is visible at all times.
Full board included.
Day 3 — Kayaking + Trekking
Kayaking: Silent cruising through mirror-like waters that allows you to observe aquatic flora and fauna from a contemplative perspective without disturbing the environment.
Trekking: Hike along the network of trails on the ranch and in the Gran Parque Iberá, exploring different environments with the guidance of guides who specialize in native flora and fauna.
Full board included.
Day 4 — Bird watching + end of the program
Bird watching: Outing to observe some of the more than 360 species that inhabit the region, such as the yellow cardinal, great chinchero, chestnut-crested pochard, wood rail, crest-crested pochard, white curutie, white monjita, angú, red hawklet, crowned eagle, chestnut-capped capuchin, gray-crowned capuchin, among others.
