Chena Hot Springs Resort Tour from Fairbanks

Depart from your designated hotel in the evening for a trip to Chena Hot Springs (included in the hot springs fee) . Renowned for its magical healing springs, dazzling Northern Lights, cutting-edge renewable energy projects, and ice sculpture museum, this destination is a must-see for almost every visitor to Alaska! Relax in the outdoor, natural mineral spring pools. As night falls, you'll have the opportunity to soak while watching the aurora borealis, a unique experience. Enjoy the breathtaking spectacle of the Northern Lights, glimpsed through the misty waters. Arrive back in Fairbanks the following morning. At the resort, you'll also have the opportunity to visit the world's only year-round ice sculpture museum (entrance fee not included). Constructed from 1,000 tons of ice, it showcases the meticulously crafted works of world-class ice sculpture champions over the years, including tables, chairs, and utensils crafted entirely from ice. Enjoy an Apple Martini in a beautifully carved ice glass at the ice bar (at your own expense; age 21 or older with valid ID required).

Notes:

1) At Chena Hot Springs Village: locker rental: $0.50 per use; towel rental: $5 per towel; bring your own swimwear; slippers may be brought as needed.

2) For safety reasons, minors under age 18 may not enter the outdoor natural rock pool, but they may use the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub.

3) If you choose not to enter the hot springs for your own reasons, the fee is not refundable.

4) The Ice Sculpture Museum has fixed operating hours. If you plan to visit, please make reservations in advance at the Hot Spring Village.

**The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon whose appearance and visibility are dictated by weather and other natural conditions. Thus, there is no guarantee that you will see them.

Essential Information About Booking:

1. This tour is led by a professional Chinese-English tour guide (except where otherwise noted) with a minimum group size of 4 guests.

2. Please provide us with your phone number at least 5 days ahead of your tour departure. Otherwise we will be unable to send you the final confirmation.

Notes:

1. This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with an American visa, or an American driver’s license.

2. If there are discrepancies between any time stated in the itinerary and the time given by your guide, please meet at the time your guide has informed you of.

3. It is very cold in Alaska in winter, so please bring appropriate warm clothing, such as: down jacket, fleece jacket, hat, scarf, boots with traction, sunglasses, etc.

4. Minors under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by at least one adult at all times or to submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian.

5. Please be aware, if you are not able to meet your guide at the appointed time and place due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, accidents, running late, etc.), and thus miss the chance to board the bus and cannot participate in the tour, we are afraid we cannot refund your fee for that day.

Please arrive at the pick-up location least 10 to 15 minutes early.

If, due to unpreventable circumstances (including but not limited to: natural disasters, political and social situations, accidents and malfunctions, road closures, etc.), adjustments must be made to the tour in order to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in the tour group, our company reserves the right to take measures including changing the time or content of the tour or even canceling some or all tour activities. The related tour fees cannot be refunded, and any additional costs incurred (i.e. extended hotel stay, transportation, meals, plane ticket changes) must be borne by the guests.
