1. Due to icy road conditions in winter, vehicle speeds are limited, resulting in longer travel times. We recommend bringing a U-shaped pillow to rest or enjoying the vast northern snow scenery outside the window.
2. This is a seasonal weather-dependent tour, and the weather in Northeast China is extremely cold. In the event of special weather conditions or highway closures, we will notify you as soon as we receive the information, and you may postpone or cancel the trip. Any costs incurred due to force majeure will be at your own expense.

【Destination Tips】1. Keeping Warm: Prepare sufficient cold-weather clothing, as temperatures in the north are very low in winter (around -20°C during the day). Examples include padded jackets, padded trousers, hats, gloves, and insulated boots to prevent frostbite. The ears, hands, and feet are the most susceptible to frostbite, so be sure to bring hats and gloves. When walking on snow, avoid wearing single-layered leather shoes; wear high-top insulated snow boots.
2. Staying Warm: Due to the low temperatures, your body will require more energy. You may carry some chocolate to replenish calories. Additionally, carrying a travel thermos will ensure you can drink hot water at any time. Travelers with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases should be mindful of the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors. When participating in outdoor ice and snow activities, please assess your own physical condition to avoid overexertion, which could trigger health issues.
3. Skincare: The winter air in the north is quite dry. Bring oily skincare products to prevent rough or chapped skin.
4. Anti-slip: When walking on icy or snowy surfaces, keep your knees slightly bent and lean your center of gravity forward to avoid falling.
5. Medication: Cold medicine is a must for your trip to Northeast China. People in the north enjoy cold dishes; those not accustomed to this may easily get diarrhea, so it is necessary to carry anti-diarrheal medication. Also, prepare a tube of frostbite ointment.
6. Eye Protection: You should prepare a pair of sunglasses to prevent the sun's reflection off the snow from irritating your eyes.
7. Camera: Cameras are prone to malfunctioning in cold conditions, especially point-and-shoot cameras, which are sensitive to freezing. Therefore, be sure to keep your camera warm while outdoors. After taking photos, keep the camera close to your body or place a hand warmer in the camera bag. When moving from outdoors to indoors, remember to wrap the camera in a thick cloth or place it in a sealed bag to protect it; otherwise, the large temperature difference between indoors and outdoors will cause condensation (water droplets inside the camera).
8. Batteries: Due to the low temperatures, batteries drain quickly, so be sure to carry enough spares.

Please inform us in advance if you possess any discount-eligible documents. The refund amount will be the difference between the group ticket price paid by the travel agency and the actual discounted ticket price, not the official retail price!
