No reservations are required for each session. Please arrive directly at the venue by the opening time (30 minutes before the performance starts). As capacity is limited, we recommend arriving early as you may not be able to enter if the venue is full.
The ticket price includes an 80-minute all-you-can-drink service. Guests under 20 years old are limited to soft drinks. You may be asked to present identification, such as a passport, for age verification.
The show does not use dialogue and is composed mainly of visuals and physical expression, so it can be enjoyed regardless of language.
Performances are held 2–3 times a day. The 14:30 performance is only held on certain dates, so please check the schedule if you wish to attend that session.
Meals, ninja experiences, and merchandise purchases are charged separately. You will need to exchange your currency for special 'Han-satsu' (clan notes) at the venue reception to use these services. Cash and credit card payments are accepted.
Children are welcome. Guests under 20 years old can use the under-20 rate.
There is no price change if you do not drink alcohol. Soft drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails are included in the all-you-can-drink service.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
