Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Please make your own way to the experience and Nijo Castle. After the experience ends, you will be dismissed temporarily; please arrive at Higashi Honganji Temple during the admission time of 18:00–19:00.
It is recommended to avoid wearing expensive or white clothing, as there is a possibility of getting them dirty with water, flower sap, or soil.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time, as tea rooms and classrooms require preparation and coordination with other participants. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.
Bare feet are strictly prohibited when entering the tea room (on the tatami mats). Please bring or wear clean white socks or tabi.
As tea sweets (wagashi) will be served, please be sure to declare any allergies to ingredients (such as red bean paste, wheat, yam, or nuts) in advance.
Photography and video recording may be prohibited to protect the privacy of the tea room and other guests. Please check with your instructor or staff regarding when it is appropriate to take photos.
Special scissors are used to cut branches and stems. Please follow the instructor's guidance to handle them correctly and avoid injury.
Please confirm in advance whether the plan allows you to take home the flowers you arranged.
Events are often held at night in outdoor castle grounds or historic buildings, where footing is very dark. While strollers and wheelchairs are permitted, please exercise sufficient caution regarding unpaved paths and steps.
Photography is generally permitted, but the use of tripods, monopods, flashes, and commercial photography are usually prohibited. Some events may have areas where photography is completely forbidden.
