1. Service duration: 10 hours; 8 hours for pick-up and drop-off at different locations.

2. Driver language: Chinese/Japanese/English (Chinese is prioritized by default; specific languages cannot be requested).

3. Departure time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed time. Please plan your schedule accordingly!

4. Departure/End location: Generally, pick-up is at your hotel or guesthouse in Sapporo. You can also specify other departure or end locations (different locations outside Sapporo city may involve a price difference, which can be paid to the driver on the day).

5. Service hours: 08:00 - 20:00.

6. Note: The driver will not accompany travelers into scenic spots.

7. Note: If the booked vehicle cannot operate due to force majeure (accident, breakdown, inspection, etc.), our company will default to replacing it with another vehicle of the same or higher class to avoid delaying the traveler's itinerary (we will not downgrade the vehicle).

8. Overtime charges apply for delays caused by traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic regulations.

9. Luggage capacity: 7-seater (max 6 passengers) can hold 3 pieces of 26-inch luggage; 10-seater (max 9 passengers) can hold 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

・If you have a lot of luggage or large items, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your belongings. Tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will be charged based on actual expenses. Please pay the driver directly in cash on the day.

Reminders

  • If you are unable to travel due to force majeure factors such as flight issues or severe weather (when the Transportation Bureau issues a travel ban), please contact customer service and provide relevant proof, and we will process a full refund for you.

  • If you require a child safety seat or booster seat, please note it in your booking or consult with customer service in advance so we can arrange it. Requests cannot be accommodated on the day of the tour.

  • The day before departure, our customer service team will send driver and vehicle information to the established service group. The driver will wait at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time.

  • Please try to avoid eating inside the vehicle during the ride. If you must eat, please avoid foods that create crumbs and take your trash with you when you leave the vehicle. If you accidentally soil the interior, you will be responsible for the cleaning costs.

  • If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare motion sickness medicine or vomit bags in advance. If you accidentally soil the interior, you will be responsible for the cleaning costs.

  • If you are unsure how to use vehicle features (such as electric doors), please ask the driver in advance to avoid any damage.

  • Please cooperate with the driver to follow traffic regulations and stop at appropriate nearby locations where parking is permitted.
