A 5-Star Dive Center is a shop that meets the following criteria: Recognized by PADI in the three areas of 'Education,' 'Community Participation,' and 'Environmental Protection.' ● Issued Card: Gold Card with shop name ・Most of the academic study is done at home via tablet, smartphone, or PC, and the 2 days are mainly for open water training at Osezaki. ・After obtaining your C-Card, you can dive up to 18 meters! ♪ We are currently running a campaign for free equipment and wetsuit rental!! There is a fee of ¥2,800 (tax included) per day if you rent a dry suit. There is an additional separate fee of ¥27,300 for e-learning and the logbook.

Notes for participating in the course:
- You may not be able to participate in this plan if you have the following symptoms or underlying conditions. For detailed conditions, please check the diving organization's page (Medical History/Statement/Declaration) below. If you have any questions or concerns about symptoms, please state them in the remarks column when applying. The organizer will provide an answer. Also, pregnant women cannot participate. ・Respiratory and lung diseases (asthma, emphysema, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.) ・Epilepsy ・Insulin-dependent diabetes ・Heart disease, etc.
Other special notes:
- Ages 10 and up, height between 130cm and 185cm.
Remarks:

Includes/Excludes
- Equipment rental fee, teaching material fee, tank fee, consumption tax
- e-Learning fee (can be studied on tablet/smartphone), teaching material fee (logbook) (¥26,700). From December, for those who get cold easily, there is a fee of ¥2,200 per day to rent a dry suit (a suit that prevents water from entering, worn over clothes).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
