Begin your day with a convenient pickup from your hotel, airport, or any preferred location in Jaipur in a comfortable air-conditioned private car. Head towards Agra, stopping at the historic village of Abhaneri to visit the famous Chand Baori Stepwell, one of India's largest and deepest stepwells. Built over a thousand years ago, this architectural marvel features thousands of symmetrical steps descending into the well. You can also visit the nearby Harshat Mata Temple, known for its beautiful ancient carvings.
Next, arrive at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Fatehpur Sikri, the magnificent former capital of the Mughal Empire built by Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. Known as the "City of Victory," it remained the Mughal capital for approximately ten years before being abandoned. Explore its impressive palaces, courtyards, and the grand Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India.
Upon arrival in Agra, visit the world-famous Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1632 and 1654 in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, it is regarded as one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture.
After lunch at a local restaurant in Agra (at your own expense), explore the majestic Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Constructed primarily of red sandstone, the fort houses several remarkable structures, including the Moti Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, and Musamman Burj, where Shah Jahan spent his final years.
Finally, drive back to Jaipur and get dropped off at your preferred location.
