Usage Time: Please select your travel route on the page. The usage time for the route is within 10 hours (except for half-day private charter car).
Departure Time: You can specify the departure time (recommended 7:00-10:00). The departure time is limited to daytime. If the recommended time does not suit you, please contact us in time to discuss the departure time. The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be calculated from the agreed time. Please arrange your time reasonably!
Departure Location: Generally, the meeting point is downstairs at your hotel or guesthouse, but other departure or end locations can be specified according to your requirements. If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside Tokyo, the vehicle's empty-run time is counted as part of the usage time.

The usage time is based on the time agreed upon the day before departure, starting from the departure from your Tokyo hotel. If the itinerary ends at an attraction or station outside Tokyo, the driver's return time will be included in the total usage time.
(e.g., trips to Mt. Fuji, Hakone, etc., are calculated as approximately 8 hours; trips ending at Narita Airport are approximately 8.5 hours, all charged as 10 hours.)
2. Overtime Fees: Time exceeding the usage period is charged at JPY 5,000/hour or JPY 2,500/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes is counted as 30 minutes). Fees must be paid to the driver on-site.
3. Traffic Jams: You may encounter traffic congestion during the trip; please cooperate with the driver's arrangements and suggestions. If overtime occurs due to traffic jams, the related costs must still be borne by the passenger; please plan carefully.
4. Itinerary Changes: If you need to adjust the itinerary after confirmation, please contact us at least 1 day in advance. If costs exceed the original scope, the difference must be paid.
5. Billing Standard: One-day private charter car is uniformly charged as 10 hours; less than 10 hours is still charged as 10 hours.
6. Child Seats and Luggage: This service uses official commercial vehicles, and child seats are not mandatory under Japanese law. If needed, one child booster seat can be provided for free. Starting from the second seat, each will be charged JPY 2,500; please note this when placing your order. Please note that a child seat takes up about 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space. If the number of passengers or luggage volume exceeds the capacity, the passenger bears the responsibility and costs.

Reminders

To keep the vehicle clean, please take any trash you generate with you when exiting. Consuming strongly scented, easily spilled, or messy food and drinks in the vehicle is prohibited. If you suffer from motion sickness, please inform customer service in advance. If the vehicle interior is soiled, the driver has the right to charge the passenger a cleaning fee.
The Toyota Alphard can carry up to 6 passengers, and the Toyota Hiace can carry up to 9 passengers. Vehicles cannot be overloaded. If the number of passengers exceeds the limit upon boarding, the driver has the right to refuse service.
