This is a group tour; seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate them, but final arrangements are subject to on-site conditions. Vehicle types are arranged based on the number of participants; specific vehicle types cannot be requested. For small groups, a driver-guide may be arranged, and commentary may be brief. If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without notice, the guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be provided. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle; any stains caused will require compensation according to local standards.
The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay duration, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or remove attractions based on actual conditions. If facilities like ropeways or cruise ships are suspended due to weather or force majeure, they will be replaced with other attractions or the stay duration will be adjusted. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, temporary changes to meeting points, or leaving the tour midway due to personal reasons. Any accidents or additional costs incurred after leaving the tour must be borne by yourself.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals will not be waited for, and you cannot join mid-tour. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain tours, please bring your own warm clothing.
The tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance; we recommend purchasing your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry inherent risks; please sign up based on your own health condition.
If the tour is cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refunds will be provided, and passengers will be responsible for any return travel or additional accommodation costs.
During Japanese public holidays and weekends, heavy traffic or early closures of attractions are common. We recommend not booking flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and bringing your own light snacks and a power bank.
Please do not eat or drink inside the vehicle. Any stains caused will require compensation according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.

Otaru Canal is widely known by its Japanese name, Otaru Unga. In English, it is simply referred to as "Otaru Canal." It is a historic waterway in Otaru, Hokkaido, famous for its picturesque views and gas lamps along its banks, creating a unique romantic atmosphere.
Mt. Tengu is commonly referred to by its Japanese name, Tenguyama, or simply as "Mt. Tengu" in English. It is a prominent mountain in Otaru, Hokkaido, renowned for its panoramic views of Otaru city, Otaru Bay, and the surrounding natural landscape, especially beautiful at sunset or night.
Tickets for the Mt. Tengu Ropeway can be purchased directly at the ropeway station on the day of your visit.
