- Boat Transfer: A short round-trip boat transfer is provided between Bali Hai Pier and the dinner cruise.

- Child Policy: Children aged 4–10 years are eligible for the child rate.

- Hotel Transfer: Hotel pick-up and drop-off are not included. Guests are responsible for transportation to and from Bali Hai Pier.

Walk straight towards the bridge. At the end of the bridge, the staff will be waiting at Pier A to assist with ticket exchange. (The staff will be wearing blue uniforms.)
Notice: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure to complete check-in and collect your boarding pass.
