The Jusangjeolli Cliffs sit on the Daepo coast in Seogwipo, Jeju, where cooling lava left a wall of hexagonal basalt columns rising straight out of the sea. The formation is designated Natural Monument No. 443. Most visitors view it from the clifftop walkway on land, but JEJU JET approaches from the other side: you launch from the water and travel right up to the base of the columns, either by jet boat or by parasail. The meeting point is in Daepo-dong, next to the Jungmun resort area, so it slots easily into a day spent along Jeju's south coast. The two rides are sold separately, so you can choose the one that matches the kind of day you want.
