Located right near Araie. Open from 11:00 to 22:00 on weekdays. You can join an actual group lesson (approx. 45 minutes) at an authentic Muay Thai gym frequented by local members. Muay Thai (Thai boxing) is a stand-up combat sport that uses punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, known as kickboxing in Japan. You will practice these same basics during this experience. This is not a special menu prepared for tourists. You will join the regular classes held at this gym. You will be surrounded by local members and follow the same routine together. Most participants are beginners. The trainer will demonstrate the movements at the front, so you can just follow along. Even if you cannot do it perfectly, no one will notice since everyone around you is doing the same movements. There is no sparring. You will not be hitting or kicking other participants, so please feel free to join with peace of mind. Gloves, hand wraps, and towels are included in the price. Please come in comfortable clothing. It is a group, so you can start without pressure
If you feel nervous about one-on-one training, a group lesson is better for you. The trainer demonstrates at the front, and everyone performs the same movements.
