The ropeway is expected to be extremely crowded during the autumn foliage season. There may be a waiting time before boarding. Due to the expected crowds during the autumn foliage season, you may be divided into two groups to board the ropeway. As a result, the time available for sightseeing in the Arima Onsen area may be shortened. In the event that the Kobe Port Cruise or Rokko Arima Ropeway is suspended due to bad weather or other reasons, we will refund the equivalent of the group fare and change the itinerary.
When exploring Arima Onsen, you will need to walk up a steep slope for about 10-15 minutes to reach the bus parking lot.
The best time to see the autumn foliage is usually from early to late November, but this can vary depending on weather conditions. Please note that even if the autumn foliage viewing spots are not visible after the departure date has been confirmed, the tour will still proceed. *In some cases, we may change part of the tour itinerary or cancel the tour altogether. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.
A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For requests made after that, please contact us to discuss.
Delays due to transportation delays, or non-participation, will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the departure time indicated in the brochure.
