[About tickets]
・Each person can purchase up to 5 items at once.
・Cancellations, ticket type changes, refunds, and reissues are not permitted after purchase.
・Reservations are made with a designated priority time slot. You can enter outside of your reserved time slot on the day of your reservation, but you may have to wait if it is crowded.
Resale for profit is prohibited. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any problems arising from tickets purchased illegally.
Preschool children, elementary school students, junior high school students, and high school students are admitted free of charge. High school students must present their student ID at the venue entrance on the day of the event.
On the day of your visit, please present the ticket you purchased (either an admission QR code (electronic ticket) or a paper ticket).
[Discounts for people with disabilities]
・One person will be admitted free of charge upon presentation of a disability certificate (physical disability certificate, intellectual disability certificate, mental disability health and welfare certificate, love certificate, atomic bomb survivor health certificate). There is no need to apply for a timed entry ticket. Please come directly to the venue and present your disability certificate at the entrance on the day of your visit.
• Caregivers will be charged the regular rate, so please purchase tickets online in advance at the advance price.
The shop is only accessible to those who have entered the venue.

Photography is permitted for personal use only; however, photography with shutter sounds and the use of flash are prohibited.
The use of tripods and other photographic equipment (including selfie sticks) is prohibited.
Large luggage and suitcases are not permitted. Please leave them in a locker beforehand.
If you would like to use the parking ticket service, please present your ticket purchase screen or paper ticket at the Azabudai Hills Gallery Information Counter on the day of your visit.
Wheelchair and stroller access is available. Please be considerate of other visitors and the exhibits while you enjoy your visit.
