Snow Wave takes your safety very seriously; helmets must be worn at all times during lessons. If this is your first time learning Snowboarding, we also strongly recommend that you wear additional protective gear, including knee pads, hip pads, wrist guards, and elbow pads.
If you need to rent ski equipment on the day of class, we recommend allowing 30 minutes to 1 hour (depending on the number of people that day) for renting and trying on. If you need an instructor to accompany you for renting, it will be counted within the class time. Please inform us in advance and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
It is recommended to wear comfortable, breathable, and warm inner clothing and ski socks under your ski jacket/ski pants (jeans are not recommended).
If the ski resort is closed on the day of the class and the course cannot be held, the Snow Wave team will contact you to reschedule the class or process a refund, and will try their best to help you complete the rest of your trip.
