I. Registration Instructions:

  1. This tour is guided by a local professional tour guide and requires a minimum of 2 people to form a group.
  2. We strongly recommend that you purchase your plane tickets only after you receive our itinerary confirmation.
  3. Please provide your guests' flight information and phone numbers at least 10 days before the departure date; otherwise, we will be unable to send the final departure notice.
  4. If you fail to provide us with accurate flight information in a timely manner, resulting in a failure to promptly arrange vehicles and personnel, we reserve the right to refuse to provide the included free airport pick-up or drop-off services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  5. Due to fire safety requirements, extra beds are not allowed in Alaska. Hotel rooms are configured as twin or double rooms.
  6. The price listed is a package price. If a guest is unable to participate in any of the included items, itineraries, or services, it will be considered a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given.

II. Rescheduling Policy:

If a guest is unable to join the tour on time due to force majeure events such as transportation or equipment failure, government strikes, guest illness, unforeseen circumstances, or weather changes, or other personal reasons, we suggest that you transfer the itinerary to someone else. We can also provide you with free changes to your booking. If you do need to change or delay your itinerary, we will do our best to assist you in minimizing your losses, but we cannot cover these costs. The specific rules are as follows:

  • No penalty will be charged for postponements or changes to the itinerary made 10 days or more before the departure date.
  • For tours departing within 10 days (inclusive): If the tour is postponed or changed, the remaining tour fee, after deducting the cost of the first night's hotel and any booked activities, will be transferred to the revised order.
