- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the time spent at each attraction, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
- If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience.
