Know Before You Go: You don't need to know how to swim, but you must be able to stay calm in the water in order to do the activity. If you are afraid of water and cannot swim, you will need to take a swimming test to confirm that you can remain calm in the water. No refunds are possible if the swimming test is not passed.
Know Before You Go: We suggest you bring swimwear, a beach towel, sunscreen, shower products, a change of clothes, and glasses straps if necessary (towels, sunscreen, and glasses straps are available for purchase on site if needed).
Know Before You Go: Depending on the water level, a maximum of 5 to 8 people can be grouped in the same boat. If there are fewer than 8 of you, you may be paired with another booking in your boat. If there are 10 or more of you, you will be split into more than one boat. Rest assured that we will do our best to divide the group as well as possible.
