• The following are the safety guidelines for the main attractions included in this ticket type. For the safety and health of every visitor, please read them carefully before you visit.
  
• Each attraction can only be visited once.
  
• Pregnant women should not participate in high-altitude or thrill rides. Specifically, pregnant women are prohibited from participating in the "Sky Road Coaster," "Dragon Drift," and "Black Forest Adventure" rides.
• People with acrophobia or high blood pressure are prohibited from riding the Sky Bridge, Dragon Drift, and Nine Heavens Cloud Corridor. Children under 1 meter tall and pregnant women are prohibited from riding the Dragon Drift. Visitors with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for strenuous exercise, as well as visitors weighing over 100 kilograms, are prohibited from riding the Sky Road Roller Coaster. Children aged 3 and above but under 1.2 meters tall must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when riding the Sky Road Roller Coaster!
• Pets weighing over 40 pounds need to purchase pet tickets at the online or offline ticket window to enter the park.
• Purchases that include the Dragon Rafting ride will include a number of raincoats corresponding to the ticket type. Children under 1.2 meters tall need to bring their own raincoats or purchase raincoats to participate in the Dragon Rafting ride.
• If your complimentary items cannot be enjoyed due to force majeure events such as severe weather or equipment maintenance, the scenic area does not currently support refunds or exchanges. To ensure you can make the best arrangements for your trip, please consult the scenic area's customer service support before your trip.
• Other things to note: If you purchase multiple tickets and need to visit different attractions separately, due to technical issues with electronic vouchers, you will need to purchase them separately for your convenience.
• Safety Precautions for Tongtian River Cruises: 1. People with heart conditions are not permitted to ride the Tongtian River cruise. 2. People under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to ride the Tongtian River cruise. 3. People with mental disorders or those unable to control their physical movements are not permitted to ride the Tongtian River cruise. 4. Large pets are not allowed on the cruise. 5. Do not extend your hands beyond the hull edge of the boat to avoid danger. 6. Follow the instructions of on-site staff (such as tour guides) and ride the Tongtian River cruise safely and properly. 7. Due to weather conditions (such as excessive rainfall), the Tongtian River cruise may be closed periodically. To plan your trip accordingly, please consult the scenic area's customer service before your trip to check if the Tongtian River cruise is open.
• Lingyun Sky Bridge Safety Notice: 1. To keep Lingyun Sky Bridge clean and tidy, please wear shoe covers and visit in a civilized manner; 2. Due to the special materials of Lingyun Sky Bridge, high heels are prohibited. Those wearing high heels must remove their shoes before visiting Lingyun Sky Bridge; 3. Lingyun Sky Bridge is a one-way street. Please follow the instructions of the staff during your visit; 4. For your safety, jumping, climbing, playing, and horseplay on Lingyun Sky Bridge are prohibited; 5. It is forbidden to scratch or hit Lingyun Sky Bridge with hard objects, or to throw foreign objects down; 6. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, or who are intoxicated are prohibited from visiting Lingyun Sky Bridge; 7. Elderly people and children must be accompanied by a guardian to visit Lingyun Sky Bridge.
• Nine Heavens Cloud Corridor Safety Notice: 1. Visitors must present a ticket and wear shoe covers before entering the Nine Heavens Cloud Corridor; 2. High heels are prohibited. Visitors wearing high heels must remove their shoes before putting on shoe covers; 3. The Cloud Corridor is a two-way corridor with a limit of 300 people at a time. Please queue in an orderly manner when there are many people and follow the instructions of the staff; 4. Jumping, shaking, climbing the railings, chasing, and playing on the Cloud Corridor are prohibited; 5. Bringing metal or hard objects is prohibited to prevent them from falling and damaging the glass. Do not carve, draw, or throw trash down; 6. To ensure smooth passage for visitors, please do not linger in the Cloud Corridor; 7. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, those who are intoxicated, pregnant women, and those over 65 years of age are not permitted to enter the Cloud Corridor; 8. Children and the elderly must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the Cloud Corridor; 9. Visitors must take good care of their belongings. The Bureau is not responsible for any lost or dropped items.
• Dragon Rafting Safety Instructions: 1. Dragon Rafting is a recreational activity within the scenic area. Please wear raincoats, rain pants, and rain hats, and hold firmly to the raft handrails and buckles. 2. During the rafting trip, please keep your mobile phones and other valuables safe. We are not responsible for any items falling into the water or being damaged. Standing or leaving the raft is strictly prohibited. Always remain seated and firmly hold onto the raft handrails and buckles. 3. In case of emergency (such as raft stranded), do not leave the raft; wait for staff assistance. 4. Those aged 70 and above, those with weak constitutions, those with acrophobia, heart disease, high blood pressure, or those who are extremely unsuitable for rafting are strictly prohibited from riding. 5. Children under 1 meter tall are strictly prohibited from riding the raft; children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Sky Road Roller Coaster Safety Instructions: 1. Sky Road Roller Coaster is a free activity. Participants must pay attention to safety and follow the instructions of the staff. 2. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other conditions unsuitable for strenuous exercise are prohibited from using this activity. People who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are also prohibited from using this activity. 3. Individuals weighing over 100 kg are not allowed to use this activity. 4. This activity is only suitable for solo riders over 1.4 meters tall. Children under 1.4 meters tall must be accompanied by a parent. Children under 3 years old and seniors over 70 years old are prohibited from using this activity. Only one adult and one child are allowed in one vehicle. 5. Vehicle operation precautions: Hold the handlebars firmly with both hands. Do not operate with one hand. When encountering sharp turns or emergencies, brake with both hands simultaneously to slow down. Do not get off the vehicle to take photos while it is in motion. Do not extend your feet out of the vehicle or take your hands off the handlebars while it is in motion to avoid personal injury.
