- Service Details -
- Departure time: Between 07:00 - 21:00.
- The private charter car package includes 10 hours of service. For exceeding 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 JPY/hour or more will be charged.
- The shared ride service may be canceled if the minimum number of passengers is not met. The provider will contact you 3 days before the trip to inform you whether the service will proceed.
- Departure location: Within Tokyo's 23 wards (a surcharge of 10,000 JPY/trip applies if the departure location is outside Tokyo's 23 wards).
- Drop-off location: Within Tokyo's 23 wards (a surcharge of 10,000 JPY/trip applies if the drop-off location is outside Tokyo's 23 wards).
- Driver language: Chinese/Japanese (driver nationality cannot be specified).
- Pick-up and Drop-off Locations -
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are provided within Tokyo.
- Due to issues such as restricted access or parking limitations, the shared ride service does not provide pick-up and drop-off at private residences (minshuku). You can be picked up or dropped off at a nearby hotel.
- For fireworks festivals, the boarding location depends on the situation on-site. The driver will contact you on the day of the service to inform you of the boarding location.
- For shared ride services, we will pick up passengers in order, so the actual time may be slightly earlier or later than your booked time. Please wait at the designated location 15 minutes in advance; the driver will notify you of the planned boarding time.
- The pick-up time on the day is subject to the driver's notification. There is no free waiting time. If the passenger is not present when the driver arrives, the driver will not wait. This will be considered a no-show, and we will process the original booking and charge a 100% fee.

- For shared ride services, the provider will arrange the corresponding vehicle based on the number of passengers; vehicle models cannot be specified.

Purchase Notice
- When placing your order, please specify your pick-up and drop-off addresses and departure time in the order details.
- Please leave your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when placing your order so that our customer service staff can contact you promptly.
- Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the event and 2 hours before the event time. Please check your email or messaging app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/Wechat).
- When booking an urgent order, please ensure your contact information is accessible so that we can promptly confirm your transportation needs and arrange a vehicle.
- Additional fees such as overtime fees and over-mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
Reminders
The car rental service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Rentals outside of these hours will incur a night/early morning service fee (an additional fee of 5,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
The private charter car package offers 10 hours of service. Any time exceeding 10 hours will incur an overtime fee starting from 5,000 yen per hour.
This tour provides transportation to and from the fireworks festival, but does not include admission tickets or viewing seats. Please purchase your own admission tickets and find your own viewing seats.
Due to access restrictions imposed by the fireworks festival organizers, the pick-up/drop-off points may be quite far from the festival venue, and may require a walk of approximately 30 minutes. We appreciate your understanding.
If the departure and arrival points are not located within Tokyo city limits, an additional fee of 10,000 yen or more will be charged each time, depending on the distance.
For our carpooling service, we will pick up passengers in order, which may be slightly earlier or later than your booked time. Please wait at the agreed location 15 minutes in advance. The driver will inform you of the planned pick-up time in advance.
For shared ride services, the pick-up time is subject to the driver's notification time; there is no free waiting time. If the passenger does not appear when the driver arrives, the driver will not wait. This will be considered a no-show, and we will fulfill the original booking and charge 100% of the fare.
If you require a child seat, please specify when placing your order. Each child seat costs 2000 yen (a child seat occupies 1-1.5 seats).
Cancellation Policy: Ride-hailing services can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of the ride / carpooling services can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the start time of the ride. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
This service is a private car transfer and does not include guided tours or other tour information. Thank you for your understanding.
