- Coverage Area: South Korea
- Network Speed: High-speed internet with a specified daily data allowance, followed by unlimited data at a reduced speed of 512kbps. The company reserves the right to further throttle speeds to 128kbps in accordance with the Fair Usage Policy.
- Calculation of Days: Service duration begins upon successful activation after arrival, with each 24-hour period counted as one day.
- Calls/SMS: Data-only SIM card; voice calls and SMS are not supported (supports internet-based calls via WhatsApp/LINE, etc.). Not suitable for receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) from banks or ticketing platforms; please ensure you have alternative methods to receive verification codes before departure.
- Hotspot Sharing: Supports network sharing with other devices for reasonable personal use.
- Top-up/Add-on: This product does not support top-ups or add-ons. If you require more data or additional days, please purchase a new eSIM separately.
- Service Expiration: Data service will cease immediately upon expiration. Any unused data will be forfeited, and no refunds, extensions, or transfers are available.
- Activation Deadline: Must be activated within 90 days from the date the eSIM QR code is issued. The exact deadline will be specified in the notification sent after purchase. Please scan to activate before the specified date; failure to activate within the deadline will result in automatic expiration without refund or extension.
Purchase Notice
- Device must be connected to valid Wi-Fi or mobile data during eSIM installation.
- Please confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before scanning the QR code.
- If you install the eSIM in a region outside the coverage area (e.g., installing before departure), your phone may show 'No Service', which is normal. The plan will automatically connect to the network upon arrival.
- Please enable 'Data Roaming' upon arrival. If there is no signal, try toggling 'Airplane Mode' to search for a signal again. If the product supports dual networks, you can also try manually selecting another network in your device settings.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and installed on one device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be transferred or changed. Please ensure the device is correct before scanning.
- Do not share the QR code or installation link with others. Repeated or cross-device scanning, deleting the eSIM, or using built-in eSIM transfer features (e.g., iPhone 'Quick Transfer') will invalidate the eSIM; no replacements will be issued.
- This product is subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy'. During the throttled unlimited data period, network resources are allocated based on actual conditions, and speeds may be adjusted due to network congestion.
- Actual network speeds are affected by other factors (e.g., location, usage time, number of users, device, etc.).
- Network service issues can occur for various reasons; please contact us during the service period if you encounter any problems. Claims made after returning to your home country without prior contact during the service period may not be accepted due to the inability to verify (unless system records confirm a service issuance error).
- Once sold, this service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for system issuance errors confirmed by customer service. This includes issues related to 'incompatible/locked devices', 'installation without a stable network', 'repeated/cross-device scanning', or 'failure to activate before the deadline'.
- If the user deletes the eSIM without prior confirmation from customer service before the plan is finished, the company will not provide a replacement or refund.
