This tour is not recommended for anyone with back, neck, heart, respiratory issues or osteoporosis or any other injuries

Not allowed:All passengers must be at least 44" (111 cm) tall. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride

Know in advance:Tours operate in rain or shine

You do not see Niagara Falls on this tour

Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time

Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel)

Guests aged 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests aged 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+)

Changing rooms are available

You will be absolutely soaked, so don't forget a complete change of clothes (including footwear). In the colder temperatures, please dress accordingly

At the dock, all guests will receive gear ponchos. Life jackets are always available for guests. Depending on the temperature, more gear may be available and mandatory for guests to wear on the boat
