Hop aboard one of the trolleys, and experience transportainment, a delightful combination of transportation and entertainment with 15 stops! The tour is also designed so that you can hop on and off, with frequent pickups at all the stops, this helps you avoid walking long distances. Your friendly conductors will narrate the tour with a fascinating and fun mix of trivia and humorous stories. It will be their pleasure to guide you through the nation’s capital on one of the orange and green trolleys with more than 100 Points of Interest.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Tour departs from the Washington Welcome Center.(Washington Welcome Center, 1001 E St NW, Washington, DC 20004, United States)

  • Please note that your one or two day hop on-hop off tour will start when you board your first stop

  • The trolley tours run in all weather conditions

  • Tour runs every 30 minutes. Last re-boarding is at 17.00pm

  • Tour operates Thursdays through Sundays (winter) from 09.00am to 16.00pm. Tour CLOSED Monday through Wednesday (winter)

  • Some of the trolleys are wheelchair-accessible, but generally electric scooters are not allowed on board

  • If you would like a wheelchair-accessible trolley, please call at least 24 hours in advance to give notice and allow to make accommodations for you. It is requested that you arrive at the boarding location no less than 15 minutes prior to your preferred departure time. To assure that your conveyance (wheelchair/scooter, etc.) can be accommodated, please assure that the maximum weight of the rider, any cargo and the conveyance do not exceed 600 pounds and is no more than 30 inches wide and 48 inches in length

  • Service animals are welcome, please give a 24-hour advance notice

  • Strollers and folding wheelchairs can be stored at the front of the trolleys

  • Food and drinks are welcome. However, alcoholic beverages are not allowed
