About every year between December and April, more than 8,000 Humpback whales journey over 3,500 miles to Hawaii where they congregate to breed, calf and nurse their young.

On this 2.5-hour whale-watching excursion, you'll get a rare opportunity to view and experience this phenomenon. A marine life naturalist will astound you with facts about these gentle giants as they play, court and teach their young.

You'll hear singing Humpback whales through underwater hydrophones, and you may also see spinner dolphins, pilot and sperm whales, manta rays, sea turtles and more!

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Please check in 30 minutes prior to scheduled tour time at the Body Glove Cruises office at the Illima Court Shopping Center, where there will also be free parking.(75-5629 Kuakini Hwy, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740)

  • Please do not bring any sunscreen, unless you have medical reasons to use a specific brand. Once onboard you'll be provided with “reef safe” sunscreen that does not harm the coral reef and stays on your skin and not in the ocean

  • All guests are required to wear a face mask covering the nose and mouth when boarding and disembarking

  • Children ages 6-17 must be accompanied by an adult

  • Guaranteed whale sightings or come again free
