The standard service time is 10 hours. Service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00; please plan your departure and sightseeing time accordingly.
For service exceeding the allotted time due to force majeure events such as traffic congestion, road closures, or weather conditions, overtime fees will still apply. Overtime fee standards: 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour (every 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) / 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (every 15 minutes counts as 1 hour). ※Late-night service fee: If the trip continues or the service begins after 22:00, a late-night service fee of JPY 5,000 or more will be charged (depending on time and location). ※Overtime caused by traffic congestion, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will also be charged.
