8 Days Lhasa to Everest Base Camp Group Tour

* The Tibet Tourism Bureau's Travel Permit for Tibet (TTB) typically takes about 12 working days to process. An additional processing fee will be charged if you cannot provide the required documents and information in time. Please consult your travel advisor for details.

* We reserve the right to change the order of the Lhasa itinerary and attractions.

* If you wish to book your own hotel instead of joining the group tour, please meet with the other members at the group's hotel on time each day. Round-trip transfers to and from your self-booked hotel are not included;

* On the first and last days of the trip, we will need to pick up all group members from Lhasa Airport/Railway Station. Therefore, only the driver may be present, and a tour guide may not be accompanying you;

* Due to the special nature of tourism in Tibet, any unforeseen and unavoidable objective circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, disturbances, strikes, public health emergencies, government actions, severe traffic congestion, flight/train delays or cancellations, temporary closure of attractions, etc., that result in itinerary changes, will incur additional costs borne by the travelers. If any attraction visit must be cancelled due to the above reasons, Greater Tibet Travel will not be liable for refunds, except for refunds of specific attraction tickets, which will be determined separately by Greater Tibet Travel;

* Due to geographical and climatic conditions, accommodation at the Mount Everest Base Camp is relatively basic. If you wish for a better travel experience, we recommend the Rongbuk Monastery Hotel. However, room availability is limited, especially during peak tourist season. Therefore, if you wish to stay at Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse, please contact us in advance. Due to price differences, we can upgrade your hotel.

* If any group members wish to continue to Kathmandu, we will see them off at the Gyirong border. This will give you the opportunity to explore the Gyirong Valley, known as the "Garden of the Himalayas."

* All members of the same group must travel with the same guide throughout the trip. Therefore, all members must follow the same itinerary and visit the same sites. Any changes to the booking arrangements for personal reasons require the permission of the other members and acceptance of any resulting changes and associated costs.
