  • Child tickets apply to ages 3–12. Children aged 2 and under ride free. Anyone 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Fold strollers before boarding.
  • No food or alcohol is permitted on board the bus. Please feel welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks in screw-top bottles.
  • A limited number of buses are ADA accessible. Contact Big Bus at least 48 hours in advance to arrange access. The upper deck is not accessible.
  • All buses feature pre-recorded commentary in English, French, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Complimentary headphones are provided for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
