1. This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants for the Chinese-speaking group and 2 participants for the English-speaking group. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will contact you 2 days in advance to cancel.

8. Tour participants are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees to attractions and meal costs on the tour may change based on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour shall prevail.
9. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the time spent at each attraction, or the meeting time as appropriate based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
10. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), resulting in the inability to visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please note that the opening hours and visitor flow control of various attractions and national parks are subject to change due to the pandemic. Any impact on the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances is considered force majeure; your understanding is appreciated.
11. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. Rental service is available at USD$10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so we can prepare accordingly. Any violations or fines incurred due to failure to inform the guest in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus tour is arranged on the day of the tour, a child safety seat is not required, and the cost will be refunded.
12. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before registering. Without timely notification, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair lift buses or suitable seating.
13. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. However, in the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pick-up location. Our company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests due to itinerary delays resulting from such reasons, or for any additional costs incurred, including related flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.
14. The tour operator has the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle en route and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services, provided that it is convenient for the tour operation.
15. The following suggestions will help you check in faster and better: Please bring a valid ID (with photo attached); please present a paper or electronic copy of your itinerary.
16. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
