【Terms and Conditions】 Available Dates and Booking Deadline: Available from now until October 1, 2026. The booking deadline is 16:00 on the day of the event; no new orders will be accepted after this time.
- Seating Arrangement: Seating is not reserved on-site; feel free to choose your seat. To ensure safety and comfort, the operator reserves the right to implement crowd control when capacity is reached.
- Event Scope and Validity: This package is only valid for the fireworks display viewing session held on the night of October 1, 2026, on board the 'Sun Pearl 39' at the Wan Chai Golden Bauhinia Square waterfront. It will be void after the expiry date, and no refunds will be provided.
- Eligibility: Tickets are required for ages 3 and above; same price for adults and children. Children aged 0–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Infants aged 0–2 are free of charge (no seat provided) and must be held by a paying adult on their lap throughout the event; each paying adult can bring a maximum of one infant for free. If bringing more than one infant aged 0–2, a regular ticket must be purchased for the additional infant.
- Severe Weather and Cancellation Policy: In the event of severe weather, extreme conditions, or official safety considerations that prevent the event from proceeding, the operator reserves the right to adjust or cancel the event. If the operator announces a cancellation, affected passengers may apply for a full refund or change their booking through the original booking platform.
Reminders
Tickets are not assigned seats and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure navigational safety, the operator has the right to stop boarding when the passenger capacity is reached.
Ticket verification method: Passengers must present a valid electronic voucher for scanning and verification by staff at the pier entrance. Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before your booked date and departure time.
【Severe Weather and Emergency Arrangements】Safety First: In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, or if the sea is too rough and safety is affected, the operator has the right to temporarily suspend operations.
[Severe Weather and Unexpected Arrangements] Compensation for Flight Cancellation: If the operator voluntarily announces a flight cancellation, affected passengers can apply for a full refund or change to another flight with available slots free of charge on the official website.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
