- Reservations can be made up to 2 days before the departure date. Please inquire separately for reservations made 1 day in advance.
- Adult rates apply to children 120cm or taller, child rates apply to children between 100cm and 120cm, and infants under 100cm are free. (An additional fee applies if the child's height exceeds 120cm on the day of the tour.)
- Vehicles of an appropriate size will be dispatched based on the number of reservations for the day.
- Please strictly adhere to the meeting time. (If you are late for the meeting without prior notice, we will depart without further notice.)
- Refunds are not available for non-attendance due to traffic congestion, a mistake regarding the meeting location, or personal reasons.
