Transfer service is not available from private homes or apartments. Therapists are assigned by order; no option to choose a specific therapist. High humidity causes a damp atmosphere and typical odor, common in traditional spas. All areas except massage rooms are monitored by cameras accessible to authorities if needed. Guests must store personal belongings in lockers; otherwise, reservations may be canceled. We are not responsible for lost items.
