Product Info

Channel your inner artist and form perfect impressions of Oslo on this private walking tour of the inner city. See all the must-see sights, including the royal residence of Akershus Fortress and the imposing Oslo City Hall, built between 1931 and 1950, and the National Theatre, home to some of the greatest Norwegian playwrights. We'll also show off the Royal Palace, perched on a hilltop overlooking the main pedestrian shopping street, Karl Johans gate and the Parliament building, from where Oslo is governed. Once we have enjoyed a pleasant stroll through the city centre, delved deep into the history of Norway and its capital city, and learned more about the culture and customs of the people, we'll jump on a tram destined for an Oslo essential.

Prepare to be amazed as we make our way to Frogner Park. Here, you'll hear the fascinating story of how one man built the world's largest sculpture park. You'll see some of Gustav Vigeland's incredible creations, most of which are crafted from local Iddefjord granite. We'll be sure to include the awe-inspiring Monolith Plateau, where 36 figures symbolize the circle of life, and the impressive Monolith totem, carved from a single block of stone.

Congratulations! We've covered all the "must-sees" of Oslo in only a few hours, which is no small challenge!
