- Operation hours: Monday - Sunday: 11:00 - 20:00
- Appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance via email at intermarketing.official@gmail.com
Purchase Notice
- LabX does not accept walk-ins. Please book an appointment at least 72 hours in advance of your visit date.
- Clients must be at least 20 years old. Clients under the age of 20 are required to obtain parental consent prior to treatment.
- After you book a service, please let us know your desired time slot and your visit date via the KKday app.
- If you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before signing up for any of the services.
- In case of a service time change, it is possible up to 48 hours before the confirmed reservation time. Rebooking or rescheduling is not possible in case of a late or no-show without a separate message
- Please present the KKday voucher together with a valid national ID card or passport to LabX staff for eligibility verification prior to receiving the service.

If you arrive late, the service time may not be extended. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and the reservation will be considered non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
