The private charter car period begins at the agreed pick-up time and ends at the drop-off point.
If the rental period exceeds the scheduled duration, an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day. Even if overtime is caused by traffic jams or other unforeseen circumstances, the fee will still be 5,000 yen per hour.
