In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Each traveler will be given 1 free bottled water, 1 basic breakfast set (Bread or rice ball, special requests are unavailable), and 1 cherry blossom cake. Children aged under 3 years are excluded from this offer
The optimal viewing time for cherry blossoms is dependent on weather and other natural factors. The tour will still depart even in rainy weather
This tour entails plenty of walking, so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for outdoor activities. Travelers are recommended to prepare power banks and neck pillows as well
In the event of poor cherry blossom viewing conditions, the tour will be canceled and refunds will be provided. Requests for further compensation will not be granted
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 5 to 10 minutes before departure time, as buses will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals due to personal reasons
If the meeting time is not changed, travelers just need to arrive at the meeting point before the original meeting time, and prior notice will not be provided. In the event of changes to the meeting time, travelers will be contacted via WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat, please keep an eye on the messages and make sure to reply

Travelers are not recommended to participate in this tour on the day you arrive or the day you depart South Korea in case of missed tours or flights

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
