If a customer in the same order refuses to pay, it will be considered as unpaid tour fees, and we reserve the right to cancel the entire booking for that order. If a cancellation is made at the last minute within 3 days of departure without payment of the penalty, or if the customer fails to show up on the day of departure, we will charge both the first and second customers the penalty applicable to the day of the tour. If a customer refuses to pay, the unpaid tour fees will be considered unsettled, and we reserve the right to cancel all bookings under that order.
