[Questions and Answers]
Q: Are seats or locations assigned?
A. The area within the "NAGISA Park Area (East Side)" is a free viewing area and not a designated seating area. Please enjoy the view from the lawns, rocky areas, etc., covered by the recreational cloths provided at the entrance. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure a comfortable viewing experience for everyone, and to be considerate of other visitors.
Q: When can I log in?
A. Customers who purchased a "Fast Pass" can enter from 12:00 PM, and customers who purchased a "General Ticket" can enter from 2:00 PM. *After 2:00 PM, all customers can enter, so even if you have a "Fast Pass," you may be directed to the general entrance area. Please note that no refund will be given in this case.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of people allowed to enter (number of tickets sold)?
A. A limited number of tickets are available for sale. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
Q: How do I get into the building?
A. The voucher (QR code) received by the person who made the reservation will be verified at the front desk. Please present the QR code that matches the number of attendees upon entry.
Q: What should we do if we arrive at the venue entrance separately?
A. We will send the voucher (QR code) corresponding to the number of people in your reservation to the person who made the reservation. If you will be arriving in separate groups, please take a screenshot or share the QR code in advance. Please note that the leisure tickets and wristbands issued upon entry are only valid for the number of people present at that time (based on QR code verification). Thank you for your understanding. Furthermore, due to the anticipated large number of people at the venue on the day of the event, if you arrive later, you may have difficulty finding nearby seats or locations. We strongly recommend that all members of your group enter together if possible.
Q: Can I enter again after entering?
A. You will receive a wristband upon entry; please present it upon re-entry. Only one wristband is available per valid ticket holder (verified via QR code). Furthermore, even if you have found a seat using the provided seating chart, the venue is expected to be very crowded on the day of your visit.
