- Please be on time for the assembly; latecomers will not be waited for.
- There will be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the tour. The group will be notified of the meeting time, location, and contact information of the local guide or relevant personnel via SMS or personal contact before 5 PM the working day prior to departure.
- This group is based on two people (2 adults / 2 adults + 1 child / 2 adults + 2 children) sharing a room. The tour fee for children (2-9 years old) is for those not occupying a bed. If a child needs to occupy half a room, the adult tour fee will apply. For odd-numbered groups or single registrations, a Single room surcharge must be paid. Infants under 2 years old are free of charge.
- Note: Two people must attend a room at the same time, otherwise a bed will not be arranged. If two people register but only one person occupies a room, a room supplement will be charged.
- The travel agency service fee is HKD 90 per person per day (HKD 270 per person for 3 days), which includes the local guide, tour bus driver, and other travel agency staff. This fee will be collected individually from each tour member before the tour concludes.
- Guests joining our tour groups must purchase or have comprehensive travel insurance on their own.
- The order of the itinerary, meals, and accommodations is subject to local arrangements. Changes will not be notified separately.
- Some facilities and activities within the scenic area and hotels may be temporarily closed due to weather or other factors without prior notice.
- For tours departing on public holidays, the meeting time may be adjusted to avoid overcrowding at meeting points and customs checkpoints. Our company will have a representative call you the day before departure to confirm the exact meeting time.
- When taking a domestic tour bus, seating is arranged according to the order of passenger registration.
