- In accordance with Hong Kong shipping regulations and for safety reasons, the shipowner reserves the right to return early if a Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted during the rental period. No compensation or refunds will be provided.

In accordance with Hong Kong shipping regulations and for safety reasons, the shipowner reserves the right to return the vessel early if the Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted during the charter period. No compensation or refund will be provided.
A minimum of 8 people are required for the group to form. If the group cannot form, you will be notified one day before departure. Participants may choose to retain their tour fee for future registration.
