Purchase Notice
- Child price explanation: Children aged 6 and under (inclusive) only include parking space and tour guide service. All other charges are not included. Any other expenses incurred will be borne by the child.
- Senior Citizen Discount: Limited to seniors aged 60 and above. Please ensure you select the correct option. Thank you for your understanding. (Please bring valid identification: Taiwan Compatriot Certificate, Home Return Permit, or Passport.)
- Yulong River Bamboo Rafting: Children under 1 meter tall are not allowed on the bamboo rafts. Children taller than 1 meter can only share a raft with one adult. Children 1 meter tall (including 1 meter) must purchase an adult ticket. (For double bamboo rafts, only 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child can ride). Visitors weighing over 100 kg need a separate bamboo raft. Two visitors weighing over 160 kg must ride separately; the ticket price is charged per bamboo raft, and any additional charges will apply. For safety reasons, the Yulong River rafting scenic area stipulates that seniors over 70 years old, those who have consumed alcohol, those with high blood pressure, heart problems, cardiovascular diseases, disabled persons, pregnant women, and children under 1 meter tall are not allowed to ride the bamboo rafts. If any of the travelers fall under this age category, a refund will be issued on-site (based on the travel agency's agreed price).
- Pick-up Notice: Pick-up times may be earlier during major holidays (National Day, May Day, Spring Festival, etc.). Please refer to the tour guide for the specific pick-up time. Due to traffic restrictions on some roads, pick-up from some hotels cannot be guaranteed at the hotel lobby. The tour guide will notify you in advance. Guests will need to cross the road to board the bus or wait at the intersection. Thank you for your understanding.
- Return trip tips: Arrive in Guilin around 19:30. If you need to return by flight on the same day, it is recommended to purchase a flight departing after 21:30.
- Group restrictions: Seniors: Those aged 70 and above must sign a Health Certificate and be accompanied by a family member to travel; those aged 81 and above cannot be accepted. Minors: Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a family member to join the tour; solo bookings cannot be accepted. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments: Those with serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular, respiratory, mental illness, severe anemia, post-operative recovery, etc.), pregnant women, and those with mobility impairments cannot be accepted.

Scenic Area Validity: Entry to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan travel permit provided during booking. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to bring the correct document or incorrect document will be borne by the applicant. If you have any discount documents, please inform us in advance when registering. Refunds are calculated by subtracting the actual discounted price from the group ticket price purchased by the travel agency, and the difference will be refunded by the tour guide.
