- We will guide you to scenic spots recommended by our guides, and you can freely enjoy activities while taking breaks for meals or tea time in a camping trailer. 〜Experience Flow〜 9:00 Meeting Please meet next to the Ogaki City Budokan. For those arriving by train, we also offer pick-up service from JR Gifu-Hashima Station. 9:30 Departure Once everyone has arrived, you will board the OWL TOUR shuttle vehicle and depart for the site. 10:30 Arrival at the site (Ibi River, Gifu) Upon arrival, we will explain the kayaking and trailer activities inside the OWL TOUR trailer while enjoying some tea. 11:00 Activity Start Once the kayak lecture is finished, please feel free to enjoy yourself. 12:00 Break Time Enjoy a light meal and have fun inside the trailer or elsewhere. (*You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks.) 13:00 Kayak Touring In the afternoon, we will go for a leisurely kayak tour. 14:30 Break Take a 30-minute break inside the trailer. 15:00 Free Time Enjoy some free time to fully appreciate the charm of nature. 16:00 Departure from the site We will take you back in the OWL TOUR shuttle vehicle, so please relax and rest on the way. 17:00 Arrival at Headquarters & Dismissal After arriving at headquarters, feel free to use the hot spring facilities for a shower, changing, or resting before you head home.

Purchase Notice
Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please let us know if you require transportation. We can provide transportation to our shop from various stations (Shinkansen Gifu-Hashima Station, conventional line Ogaki Station) and nearby hotels (to be discussed).
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If the event is canceled due to severe weather such as a storm, we will contact you by the evening of the day before.
Includes/Excludes
- The price includes guide fees (trailer towing to the location, instruction for each sport), tour planning fees, complete kayaking equipment (kayak, paddle, life jacket), light refreshments (with drinks), insurance, and sales tax.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 12 to 75 years old
Clothing and belongings: Sports sandals, athletic shoes, hat, clothes that can get dirty, and clothes that don't expose too much skin.
Rental equipment: Complete kayaking set (kayak, paddle, life jacket)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
