Boarding will be arranged randomly between SINA Boat 1 or SINA Boat 2 depending on the operational conditions of the day.
Due to limited space on the cruise, shared seating may be required. Shoes must be removed when boarding according to local customs.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As this is a shared tour, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and no refunds will be provided.
During flower seasons and weekends, popular attractions may experience heavy crowds and traffic congestion.
The tour includes walking and outdoor photo stops. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
The itinerary, attraction order, arrival time, and return time may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other force majeure factors.
If you choose to leave the tour early, the remaining itinerary will be considered forfeited and no refund will be provided.
To avoid potential inconvenience, please do not schedule other important activities after the tour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
