Service hours: 8 hours between 7:00-21:00.

※ If you wish to start or end the tour outside of standard service hours, additional charges will apply, calculated according to the overtime standard.

Driver language: Chinese/Japanese (The driver can provide simple explanations inside the car but will not accompany you into the attractions).

Car usage time and calculation method: The 8-hour period starts from the agreed departure time. If it exceeds 8 hours, an overtime service fee of 8000 JPY/hour must be paid on-site.

※ If guests are late, the driver will wait for 30 minutes, and the waiting time will be deducted from the total charter time. If it exceeds 30 minutes and the guest cannot be reached, the driver will leave, and no refund will be provided.

※ No extra fees will be charged if the time limit is exceeded due to traffic congestion or similar situations.

Multi-day private tour services are available, requiring an additional fee of 10000 JPY/night for the driver's accommodation.

Temporary location change fee

You can change your pick-up location up to two hours before departure. Changing the pick-up location after the driver has departed may incur an additional fee (500 yen per kilometer).

Overtime fee

If you wish to depart earlier or finish later than the scheduled time, an overtime fee will be charged. The rental period is 10 hours; if it exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee will apply.

Vehicle damage and cleaning costs

If the damage to the vehicle or a third-party vehicle is caused by the passenger's personal reasons, the passenger shall bear the costs.

If vomit is spilled on the carpet or seats, or if children's urine or feces cause soiling of the seats or carpet, the passenger shall bear the cleaning costs.
