・The meeting time for the return bus is 10 minutes before departure.
・Due to trunk space limitations, only one ski set (including poles) or snowboard, boots, and travel bag (total dimensions under 150cm) may be loaded per person.
・At check-in at the Nagoya meeting point, you will receive coupons including your lift ticket, discount coupon, and return bus ticket.
・The bus depart on schedule. We cannot delay departure even if contacted.
・Please confirm boarding locations via maps on each detailed page. Boarding locations cannot be changed on the day of travel.
・Arrival times may be significantly delayed due to detours onto regular roads or traffic congestion caused by highway closures from natural disasters (typhoons, heavy snow, etc.). Please allow ample time and flexibility in your schedule.
・Please note that arrival delays are exempt from itinerary guarantees. We cannot provide refunds for bus fares or tour fees, nor arrange alternative transportation. We kindly ask for your understanding before booking.

・In cases where disruptive behavior, abusive language, intoxication, or other actions are deemed dangerous or disruptive to other passengers, we may refuse boarding or require you to disembark at a service area en route. In such cases, this will be treated as abandonment of the tour, and no refund of the tour fee will be provided.
