Customer Guidelines:
Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
IMPORTANT: The bus will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.

Important Notes for Sumo Practice Viewing
A guide will explain the practice flow at the entrance, but training itself is conducted in Japanese.
The schedule may change depending on the wrestlers’ condition. Please understand that wrestlers may leave midway.
Please show respect at all times. Refrain from talking, making noise, or disturbing the practice.
Seat order is not based on arrival time and cannot be reserved.
Phones must be off or in silent mode. No calls allowed during viewing.
Photography is allowed, but no flash. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
Large baggage is not allowed.
For children: guardians must ensure they follow the rules. If a child is disruptive, you may be asked to leave.
Rules may vary depending on the stable. Always follow the instructions of the on-site staff and refrain from acting independently.
Guests who do not follow the above rules may be asked to leave.
Please note that refunds cannot be made if you leave in the middle of the session.
