Purchase Notice

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • Flight experiences are not possible in rainy weather. Also, because wind direction and strength can have an effect, activities may not be possible even when it is not raining. If you contact us the day before your experience, we can inform you of the activity forecast based on the weather forecast for the following day.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • After enrolling, you will be charged an area usage fee of 2,000 yen per day plus insurance fees.

Other important points:

  • When practicing at the school, we require students to take out personal injury insurance, so in the unlikely event of an accident, we will handle the procedures through the school. Depending on the type of insurance you normally take out, injuries sustained while paragliding may not be covered.

  • ▼If you are coming by train, please let us know when you make your reservation that you would like a pick-up service. The pick-up station is basically in front of the post box at the south exit of Tsukinowa Station on the JR Hachiko Line or Tobu Tojo Line, or at the west exit of Ogose Station on the JR Hachiko Line or Tobu Ogose Line. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminders

  • Participant age: 18 to 80 years old

  • Clothing and what to bring: Clothing - Clothes that are easy to move in and that you don't mind getting dirty (long sleeves, long pants) - Sports shoes (trekking shoes are better to protect your ankles) - Change of clothes *It can get chilly in the mornings and evenings, so it's a good idea to bring an extra layer. *A hat is also recommended for sun protection. What to bring - Health insurance card (Please bring this just in case. If you don't have one, you will not be able to participate.) - Work gloves (with non-slip grips) - Towel - Personal seal (Shachihata stamps are OK) - Lunch and drinks (There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby.)

  • Regarding rental equipment: The first practice paraglider set is free to rent. From the second time onwards, please use the rental set or apply for My Glider.

How to Get There
・For those arriving by car: Approximately 40 minutes by car from Higashimatsuyama IC or Tsurugashima IC on the Kan'etsu Expressway. ・For those arriving by train: Please specify train pickup when booking. JR Hachiko Line/Tobu Tojo Line Ogawamachi Station: 8:40 AM, or JR Hachiko Line/Tobu Ogose Line Ogose Station: 8:30 AM Or Tobu Tojo Line Tsukinowa Station: 8:30 AM You cannot choose the pickup station. We will inform you of the pick-up station when your reservation is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
