What You Can Expect

Check-in & Preparation. Upon arrival, please start with the check-in process. You will need to fill out a participation consent form and complete payment. After that, you can use the restroom and get ready.
Transfer & Equipment Check. If you do not have snow boots, we will provide warm ones. We will prepare snowshoes to match your boots.
Snowshoe Experience. Once you are equipped, it is time to head out!! Have a great time!
Transfer. We will return to the base after the tour ends.
Dismissal. The tour ends upon returning to the base. We will send you the photos taken during the tour, so please register your contact information for delivery.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

The tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In that case, the guide will check the site in advance and contact you if the tour is cancelled.

Please note the following when participating in this course:

You will explore the snowy forest wearing snowshoes. Please note that sneakers or high-heeled boots are not permitted. Those who have been drinking alcohol or are pregnant are not permitted to participate. Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children in junior high school and older may participate alone, but we ask that parents fill out a participation consent form in advance. If you contact us, we will send you the data, so please bring it with you on the day.

Other important points:

The scenery is beautiful, so feel free to bring cameras and other items, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
