- Question 2: Please provide the names (with phonetic spellings), addresses, genders, and ages of participants other than the representative. If the address is the same as the representative's, you do not need to provide the address.
- Question 3: Please enter "OK" in this field after reviewing the contents of the guided tour participation agreement. *The compensation details in the participation agreement are current as of April 2026. We will promptly notify you of any changes.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event will be canceled in case of rain. It will also be canceled if a weather warning is issued or likely to be issued.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- This tour is designed for participants to choose their own route and complete it independently. Please note that there are no manned guides or navigation equipment rentals. Food, drinks, purchases of goods, and services at stops along the way are all subject to additional charges. Rentals will be suspended in case of rain.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 12 to 70 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for cycling (skirts and wide-legged trousers are not permitted). Sandals, high heels, etc., are not permitted. Please refrain from wearing anything that may interfere with cycling, such as excessively long scarves.
Rental equipment: E-bikes, accessories, and helmets are available for rent.
Time Limit Comment: Please return to the starting point (Nikko Nature Museum) within 4 hours of the rental time. If you rent the item from 13:00 onwards, please return it 30 minutes before the Nikko Nature Museum closes. Nikko Nature Museum Closing Time: April to November 10th... 17:00; November 11th to November 30th... 16:00

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
